a.  For individual guset, reservation for room not back -up by full payment (100%) will be reserved until 4.00.pm of the arrival date.

b.  For room reservation back up by full payment, cancellation of reservation reqiures that the hotel be informed at 24. hours before arrival date.  Failure to notify the hotel as stated above will lead to 100% loss of deposit.

 

 

• For group reservation, full payment (100%) should be made 2 weeks before the arrivals date.

• For group reservation of rooms, cancellation of reservation requires atleast 7days before the arrivals date.
• Full or partial cancellation of reservation on the arrival date wouldl not be entertained or would result 100% loss of deposit for the first day.
